NAMASTE RADIO BY-LAWS:

Rules and regulations are vital for existence, operation and growth of an organization. Like every organization, Namaste Radio too has its own set of By-Laws. Needless to say, an organization’s success is always based on sets of healthy policies and a strong team. A strong team is that which is committed, dedicated and disciplined. Hence, it is believed that the By-Laws will certainly defend Namaste Radio’s existence and growth. Not only that but it will certainly guide the organization to move as per its vision, mission and objective.

In NAMASTE RADIO’s By-Laws there are altogether 11 articles accompanied by sub-articles and each of them is well defined.

Article 2 - Foundation Name, Vision, Mission, Purpose

Article 3 - Membership Qualification, Renewal, Revocation, Duties, Meetings, Annual General Meeting, Special Meetings, Notice, Quorum

Article 4 - Board of Directors Number, Qualification, Election, Term, Vacancies, Powers, Duties, Meetings, Annual Meeting, Special Meetings, Notice, Quorum, Action without Meeting, Liability

Article 5 - Officers Number, Qualification, President, Secretary, Treasurer, Removal

Article 6 - Committees Executive Committee, Other Teams and Committees, Meetings and Actions

Article 7 - Amendment of By-Laws

Article 8 - Fiscal Year

Article 9 - Auditors

Article 10 - Rules and Regulations

Article 11 - Interpretation

NAMASTE RADIO’s entire team, including members are bound to abide by these By-Laws and policies
